Hidden Portrait

The portrait of you doesn’t satisfy me,

Whenever I feel like changing it,

I feel an insatiable urge to modify,

I’m not contented with its aura

Like there’s something wrong with it,

I’ve tried to make it as much as perfect,

Keep changing the depth of its shadows,

Even altering its frame,

The color of your brown eyes seems darker,

But what can I do,

The only colors vivid enough to see,

Where those shades of gray…
